The Driver prefers average to good conditions with waves ranging from waist + to head high.
– This is a user friendly shortboard that prefers surfers who like to “drive” through committed carving rail turns. The continuous and relaxed tail rocker which leads through the middle of the board likes to be put on rail while the increased flip in the nose rocker allows for quick precision surfing in the pocket. Backfooted strong surfers will be most at home on this model. The aforementioned rocker combination is also what enables the Driver to work in a multitude of conditions. This has been a go-to WCT contest board for the likes of; Kolohe Andino, Tyler Wright, and Julian Wilson.
